I have been with this dental clinic for over 10 years. They just changed over to Mondovi. Their new corporate policies and policies, not covid related, are horrible and they now put the impact on the customer. Trying to fill out all the new paperwork in iPad that then crashes and must start all over again? Seriously? Mondovi name is ruining this business. All the old people we love are gone. Soon I will be gone too.

First visit being a new patient. Large, clean and safe office set up. They have a children's practice and separate wing for adults. From the front desk, to hygienist to the doctor everyone was extremely kind, professional and thorough. The type of patient care you want to come back to. Being an out-of-towner in a new area you sometimes have to just pick a dentist and hope its the one that works for you and your family. I must say, this was the best dental visit I've ever had. I've been to so many dentists in the past few years, trying to find the right one for me. Upon my arrival, the front desk was welcoming and warm. Jeanne (the hygienist) took her time to LISTEN to my history and my concerns which I appreciated so much! She explained everything as she did it and would asked me periodically throughout the cleaning if I was comfortable. Dr. Sever was so easy going, and also a good listener. He was knowledgeable before coming in and ADVISED me on what I should do with my dental issues. I think that was the most important thing to me was that he gave his professional recommendations rather than pushing it on me. Surprisingly, it was a pleasant experience (considering I HATE the dentist!) and I definitely plan on bringing the whole family here!

OneDent is taking all appropriate precautions during this pandemic to deliver care safely. I took my 4 year old son today to see Dr. Erica for a cleaning. She has always been wonderful (warm, personable, knowledgeable and thorough), and now she and her assistant are wearing an N95, a surgical mask, and a face shield to make sure that their patients are safe. I highly recommend this office, especially if you have been postponing your child’s dental care due to the pandemic.

This was my first visit to OneDent Mondovi Dental. I needed to get my teeth cleaned and searching for a new Dentist in the process. Never in love with going to a dentist however this was a very different experience. The practice is in Professional Park so it is in a lovely setting, clean modern building. From the beginning at the reception desk the staff were friendly, professional and efficient. The Dentist, Dr Kyle Sever DDS was very personable, professional, honest and understanding. Gave me options for what I needed to have done and on my time frame. The Hygenist, Fabiana was amazing ! I have never had a hygenist so thorough, knowledgeable and professional in my life. I felt very comfortable that I was in good hands with her. At the end of my appointment, Carmen (at the desk) gave me a new patient goodie bag! and explained all the brochures and info inside. Then the phone rang and she had to run and answer it . I waved goodbye and left. As I was pulling out of my parking space, Carmen called me to say she didn't want me to leave without her saying goodbye and wished me a Happy Mother's Day ! I am confident this will be my new Dentist for good. I have never left a Dentist Happy before, have you ?

Office is recently under new ownership and failed to inform patients that they do not offer their previous in house coverage program. The office sends NUMEROUS emails, texts and calls for appointment reminders but does not inform of changes. OF COURSE no one from the front office staff was able to let me know why I was not informed of this previously, also there was "no one I can talk to at this time". I called the following day to speak to someone with no return phone call. I have been a patient of Dr. Fish for a few years and will no longer be using this practice for myself or my family.

I would literally drive from anywhere to this location because it was so so easy. Equally as important, the quality of care is fantastic. My mouth is very sensitive, but Fabiana, Dr. Fish and Dr. Sever never make you feel rushed; they make every effort to make you feel comfortable. Lastly, the support of the business office makes coming here an absolute pleasure – I have never had to argue over what rate my plan covers, etc. Very professional. I highly recommend.
